The New Union Hotel and Show Bar is a gay bar and pub in the heart of Manchester's Gay Village. It promises a lively atmosphere complete with karaoke, drag acts, cabaret and themed nights.

We were given a ticket outside for a free shot and thought Club Tropicana - with a name like that its got to be good. The shot was foul and warm as they were sat on a tray behind the bar, and the gin and lemonade wasn't much better.
